Before you call
My AC is running but the house won't cool. What should I check?
Check that the thermostat is on COOL, replace a dirty filter and make sure the outdoor unit is running. If it still blows warm, turn the system off to protect the compressor and call us.
How often should I service my system in Florida?
At least once a year, ideally before summer. Systems that run nearly year-round benefit from a second visit in the fall.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm; for emergencies outside those hours, call (239) 887-8623.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We serve homes, offices, retail spaces and rental properties.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Florida State Certified Air Conditioning Contractor, license CAC1823653, active through August 2028. You can verify it on the Florida DBPR website, myfloridalicense.com.
